Overview:

At Catapult Health we provide cutting edge preventive healthcare consultation experiences via our proprietary patientcentric telehealth platform across the United States. To support our expanding business we are seeking an additional fulltime salaried team member to support our team (you will be on a team of two NP Clinical Managers). If you are a people leader that likes to also have your finger on the pulse of the patient experience this is the perfect role to work in a hybrid environment (people leadership and seeing patients). We are seeking motivated highly skilled positive upbeat and confident Clinical Managers for our Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner Team in Dallas Texas!

The ability to think critically on your feet in the moment and a passion for genuinely helping others while being positive and professional at all times are skills required on a daily basis.

How you will make an impact:

  • Monitor and Review KPIs/Performance Metrics during with assigned NPs at regularly scheduled intervals and lead quarterly performance reviews and coaching.
  • Colead a team of assigned Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and serve as a clinical SME for best practices.
  • Coach and mentor assigned team of NPs regularly. Share and review patient satisfaction surveys and KPIs with NPs regularly.
  • Train mentor and support new Catapult Health NPs providing evidenced based feedback with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Perform patient consultations via our virtual platform during 2 shifts (approximately 16 hours) per week to support the business demands in addition to providing support for shifts that are unfilled based upon licenses.
  • Conduct NP candidate interviews.
  • Meet regularly with the Vice President of Clinical Operations and participate in clinical strategic initiatives.
  • Perform chart review in independent states as assigned.
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with all Catapult Team Members and patients.
  • Monitor Technology Communication / Slack channel(s) and provide assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Work with Licensing Team to obtain licenses to practice in 20 or more states; maintain licensing requirements.
  • Possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational interpersonal communication (written and verbal) and leadership skills.

What you need to be successful:

  • Master of Science in Nursing or greater.
  • People leadership experience; Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • 5 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current National Certification by ANCC or AANP (FNP ANP AGNP)
  • Current and unencumbered Compact RN license in Texas
  • Current and unemcumbered Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (APRNCNP)
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 days each week (in the Dallas TX Addison area office) which will include one shift until 7pm and one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) shift per month. Additional evening or weekend shifts may be requested during peak business times to support consultations needed.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced telehealth environment effectively and efficiently while enhancing success and guidance to NP Team.
  • Naturally approachable and levelheaded in stressful situations
  • Telehealth experience; proficient in multiple technology platforms.
  • Requires standing and sitting at a computer for the full shift talking (wearing a headset) and typing for extended periods of time during work hours.
