Job Description
Maintain and ensure optimal operation of facility systems including electrical mechanical plumbing and related infrastructure.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment
- Diagnose technical issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Respond to emergency situations including fire alarms power outages and waterrelated incidents
- Execute preventative maintenance procedures according to established schedules
- Identify and report necessary major repairs or system upgrades to management
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
