Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented solution business support who is passionate about creating a seamless experience for enterprises with innovating IT solutions. The ideal candidate is selfdriven takes complete ownership and is responsible for efficient operation of Common Resource Management or Space Management Solution for corporate IT asset. This role will be highly cross functional working to drive success within Solution Services under the Application operation team.
Responsibilities:
- Support & operate CR2(Common Resource Registry service) for internal customer & users
- Manage the service for a smooth service and operation with system team for the customer
- Recognizes understands and documents market needs and working with engineering teams to translate those needs into features and functionality.
- Assesses product market data by interacting with sales customer success and customers.
- Collaborates with marketing and business leaders for opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions.
- Understands the competitive landscape and help define competitive strategy.
- Create and update solution documents including manuals marketing contents and reports
Saraly: $70000 $75000 / yearly
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferred and/or related work experience
- Three to five years or more of asset management or corporate employee service operations or project management
- Proficient with MS offices like excel word power point etc
- Prefers for three or more years of experience in Product Management and enterprise SaaS products support
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Bilingual (English / Korean)
