As B2B Marketing Manager for Clinics you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing efforts to attract engage and convert private clinics into longterm Doctoralia clients. You will be responsible for designing multichannel campaigns that drive qualified leads (MQLs) improve funnel performance and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is a highimpact role where marketing and business strategy intersectideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.
Strategy & Planning
Define and execute the B2B marketing strategy focused on clinic acquisition and revenue growth.
Design audience segmentation strategies and tailor messaging for clinic administrators decisionmakers and medical directors.
Build quarterly roadmaps aligned with commercial goals customer needs and product releases.
Campaign Management & Execution
Own the planning and execution of lead generation and demand generation campaigns (across email paid media events WhatsApp CRM etc.).
Develop lead nurturing workflows to guide prospects through the funnelfrom MAL to MQL to dealleveraging tools like HubSpot and Salesforce.
Test and iterate channel performance to scale what works and eliminate what doesnt.
Content & Sales Enablement
Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce highimpact assets: brochures case studies landing pages decks and emails.
Localize and adapt global playbooks to resonate with the Mexican clinic market.
Enable the Sales team with pitch decks messaging and playbooks aligned with marketing initiatives.
Analytics & Growth Optimization
Monitor campaign KPIs and report on performance from MAL to MQL to Won.
Work with RevOps and Analytics to understand CAC CVR and pipeline velocity.
Use data to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing prioritization.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as the marketing point of contact for the Clinics Sales & Product teams.
Align initiatives and forecasts with Sales Managers to ensure conversion and coverage.
Share results insights and feedback proactively in weekly syncs and monthly business reviews.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of experience in B2B marketing ideally in SaaS healthtech or fastpaced scaleups.
Proven track record of owning demand generation and pipeline creation for highticket B2B products.
Experience running and optimizing multichannel campaigns: Google Ads Meta LinkedIn email CRM automation.
Handson experience with HubSpot Salesforce or similar CRM/automation tools.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with CAC CVR MQL/Won metrics.
Ability to work crossfunctionally and lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
