Job Description
We are building one of the sharpest social studios in Australia and we want YOU in the room. This is a junior role for someone obsessed with content hungry to learn who shoots edits and obsesses over pacing transitions and what makes content hit.
You might be fresh from film or media school freelancing interning running your own content brand or community.
If youve got hustle instincts a killer reel and youre the one in your crew always creating and running the calendar this is your move.
The role:
- Video Everything From concept to cut you bring video content to life across every platform. Youre equal parts creative and tactical.
- YouTube Shoot and edit longform episodes buyers actually watch. Retentionfirst valuepacked and scrollproof.
- ShortForm Social (IG TikTok LinkedIn) You know what trends. Memes reels lofi and minidocs that get shared saved and replayed.
- Performance Ads Create scrollstopping highconverting ads that actually drive clicks and bookings. Metrics matter and you move them.
- Podcasts Multicam magic. Clean sound. Socialready gold. You make podcasts bingeable not binned.
- Studio Shoot Wrangler Be a part of the inhouse studio. Set it up manage bookings direct talent deliver the goods.
- Edit Like a Beast Cut for emotion clarity and conversion. Subtitles thumbnails specs you know what works and why.
- Fast Sharp & Proactive Juggle shoots edits and deadlines like a pro. You dont wait for direction you bring ideas not just exports.
Qualifications :
- Run a content page Studied film Made a video go viral That counts.
- We care more about your work ethic and instincts than your resume.
- You have a basic comfort level using filming equipment (camera lighting). Podcast equipment a bonus.
- A Premiere Pro pro. Bonus points for After Effects podcast/audio editing or CapCut magic.
- You know what hooks on YouTube. What lands on TikTok. What drives action on Meta.
- Proactive organised fast & unflappable. You bring solutions not problems.
- Youre able to work independently & as a part of a team.
- Nice to have: Design chops Photoshop Illustrator Canva etc). Youre videofirst but can bang out a clean tile or story visual when needed.
- Your reel portfolio or both: Youve got a reel channel or portfolio that proves you know how to tell a story in 15 seconds or 15 minutes.
