Plans Processor Cutler Bay FL

SAFEbuilt is currently seeking a talented and experienced Plans Processor to join our National Plan Review team supporting operations across the US. This position offers great opportunity for dynamic motivated selfstarters to work on a variety of work assignments. Youll be a member of our highly respected building department team with a full complement of resources to support you and exciting projects to keep you challenged.

Primary Responsibilities:

Log plans into MTCIsReview My Plansby coordination with Smartsheets.
Verify with clients and contractors regarding submitted documents and inquire about any discrepancies between what is listed on the Plan Submittal Application and what has actually been received.
Create and attach affidavits to those plans and shop drawings to be approved by MTCIs reviewers.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Cover front desk responsibilities when there is an absence.
File related documents.
