Job Overview
Cortland Development LLC has a fulltime opening for a RPA Developer in Atlanta GA 30326. Remote work/ telecommuting benefits available. Hybrid schedule. Must report to office twice a week. Job duties are to design and develop Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes to meet use cases as per the RDLC (Robotic Development Life Cycle). Advise customers in developing automation strategies and roadmaps while also providing guidance around RPA Operating Models. Build an RPA Center of Excellence leading practices and overall program governance. Lead the conceptualization of business use cases and business requirements that may cross one or more systems into an automated solution; provide necessary workflows and flow diagrams as part of the deliverable. Own the building testing and delivery of robotic automation capabilities using industryleading RPA technology vendor solutions. Manage all phases of the RDLC including design development testing and deployment of automations of business processes. Ensure project adherence to internal best practices and standards for RPA. Constantly evaluate RPA strategy and approach; conduct research on emerging RPA approaches and technologies. Apply agile practices and principles to maximize business value and continuously improve the delivery of the right customer outcomes. Drive the strategic and tactical rollout of the solution to enterprise customers by creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios; document configuration practices and create and maintain solution documentation. Mentor team members by providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques. Develop the solution as per POD and SOD documents using UiPath. Requires a Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Information Systems or related field. Plus 6 months experience in job offered or as Applications Analyst Data Maintenance Analyst. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 6 months of experience in RPA bot development using UI Path or Blue Prism and in SQL Python Web Services/Apls. Email resumes to:
