POSITION: Network ManagerDISTRICT: SAU 41SALARY: $70000$85000 based on experience; FullTime FullYear POSITION DESCRIPTION:SAU 41 is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Network Manager. The Network Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing network configuration set up and administration (VLAN switches routers APs wireless devices etc.). Additionally the person in this position will: Provide support in troubleshooting technical hardware and software issues as neededAssist with tech staff training system security audits cybersecurity initiatives device management and the RFP ProcessProvide technical specifications for budgeting (hardware networks VOIP systems camera systems etc.)Coordinate and oversee all thirdparty technical support technology maintenance major software installations and meeting streaming Manage active directory accounts group policies and network securityOversee device inventory and ticketing management systemsPerform other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelors degree or higher in technology field plus one year of experience or 3 years of equivalent experience in technical support preferred. At least one of the following certifications: Comptia Network Security A or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred. Strong working knowledge of the Windows operating systems Microsoft Active Directory and Axis Security Systems preferred; experience with Google Apps for Education Google Admin Console VOIP phone systems and Barracuda Firewall a plus.
