Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to own strategic tactical crossfunctional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals.
This role requires scoping and creating project plans developing processes coordinating and driving execution and communicating to senior management on status risks and process/product changes. Crossteam coordination project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects from conception to completion.
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be an integral part in driving changes across Amazons operations and supporting topdown and bottomup changes across our logistic network.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Driving largescale endtoend process changes
Partnering with multiple internal and external stakeholders to improve performance across multiple operational programs
Briefing senior leaders on portfolio performance across your assigned span of control.
Providing guidance to operators and managers while managing the successful delivery of projects and goals across multiple organizations.
In this pivotal role youll be behind the creation and implementation of comprehensive supply chain playbooks. From Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to Supply Chain Execution (SCE) youll orchestrate the harmonization of processes ensuring consistency and a single source of truth across all verticals. You will ring clarity and alignment to our decisionmaking processes. Youll collaborate with multiple teams aligning mental models documenting critical decisions and quantifying the levers that drive operational excellence. With your strategic vision and operational prowess youll become the goto resource for sharing mental models and critical decision information driving continuous improvement and shaping the future of our supply chain operations.
Key job responsibilities
Manage and oversee various crossfunctional programs ensuring successful delivery.
Develop and refine program strategies effectively leading and motivating teams.
Set clear objectives for programs leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios applying creative problemsolving skills.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
Bridge gaps in team dynamics processes and systems preventing common project pitfalls.
Identify and mitigate risks preventing them from escalating into major issues.
Regularly communicate with senior managers business leaders and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
Develop implement and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
Manage and communicate project budgets effectively.

5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Extensive project management experience combined with deep analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
