Position Overview:
Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Director of Admissions and as a key member of the CRM Team the Program Coordinator CRM Specialist (CS25251) is responsible for the ongoing support monitoring testing and maintenance of the Office of Admissions Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the CRM effectively supports undergraduate student recruitment and admissions operations.
The CRM Specialist collaborates with recruitment staff the communications team and campus partners to enhance and optimize CRM functionality to support enrollment goals. This individual provides data reports and insights to various stakeholders and serves as a technical resource within the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
What Youll Be Doing:
Maintain and monitor the CRM system to ensure accurate data flow and system functionality.
Support the creation testing and deployment of communication campaigns including email and text messaging in coordination with the communications team.
Collaborate with recruitment staff and other university stakeholders to develop and implement CRM strategies that align with enrollment objectives.
Generate and distribute reports dashboards and data extracts to inform recruitment strategies and performance metrics.
Participate in the testing of CRM updates and enhancements; identify and troubleshoot system issues.
Train and support Admissions staff and other CRM users in best practices procedures and troubleshooting.
Document processes workflows and system configurations for continuity and training purposes.
Assist with data integrity initiatives and system audits to ensure highquality data for decisionmaking.
Stay informed on CRM trends system updates and best practices in higher education enrollment technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters Degree experience with higher education enterprise systems understanding of basic programming or computer data integration/management; ability to understand and create data modeling and/or visualizations; strong ability to effectively prioritize competing requests.
