Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Master Production Scheduler to join our innovative team in Richland MS. In this role you will be at the heart of our production process ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments optimize resources and play a crucial role in our continuous improvement initiatives. How Youll Make an Impact

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts customer orders capacity constraints and material availability.

  • Collaborate with Sales Operations Purchasing and Engineering teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

  • Analyze production capacity labor equipment availability and inventory to proactively identify constraints and optimize resource utilization.

  • Monitor schedule adherence and take corrective actions to resolve scheduling conflicts delays or material shortages.

  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in ERP/MRP systems and maintain clean data related to production orders and inventory levels.

  • Generate and report key metrics including schedule attainment capacity utilization and forecast accuracy.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance scheduling processes reduce lead times and support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
