The pay for this position starts at $60000/year with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $70480.

Based in Central Mass our programs and services make a difference in the lives of individuals and their families offering hope healing and comprehensive behavioral health support.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detailoriented hybrid Recruiter to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our mission responsible for identifying attracting and hiring talented professionals to support our programs and services. The recruiter will work in a flexible hybrid environment with the opportunity to shape a career that impacts lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through job boards social media and networking.
- Interviewing: Screen and interview qualified candidates ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Onboarding: Prepare and manage onboarding files ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed for new hires.
- Candidate Tracking: Monitor candidate progress throughout the interview process and ensure statuses are up to date in our recruitment system.
- Offer Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to create and extend job offers guiding candidates through the decisionmaking process.
- Background Checks Assist the People Operations (PO) team with background screenings and compliance tracking.
- Additional Support: Provide support with secondary sourcing efforts and any other recruitmentrelated duties as needed.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years highvolume fulllife cycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience using an ATS required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in healthcare or behavioral health settings.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proven proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification including but not limited to: referrals internal databases internet sourcing cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates.
Schedule:
- 3 days of new hire orientation Monday Tuesday and Wednesday 8AM to 4PM.
- Flexible hybrid schedule TBD upon hire. At least 2 days/week in Rutland office. Working hours between approximately 8:00am and 6:00pm.
