Our Disability & Leave Services organization is seeking a Product Manager Technical to deliver intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring accessibility and access challenges.
As a Product Manager Technical you will take a technologyfirst approach to how accessible experiences are built and deployed and to wipe out systemic barriers to direct access. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team scientists UX and customers to build and scale innovative datadriven technology solutions that support Amazons global talent strategy. You will influence internal and external stakeholders and manage crossfunctional programs. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and help prioritize amidst ambitious goals and timelines.

Key job responsibilities
Own the vision and delivery of the product and its features. Draft documents that work backwards from our customers (PR FAQ) to describe key objectives execution strategies goals and incremental milestones.
Design and deliver innovative AIpowered accessibility solutions using machine learning computer vision and natural language processing
Define and maintain a prioritized backlog of our initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand feasibility and applicable technical approaches for items in the backlog.
Write feature requirements review technical designs and work across teams to craft disruptive solutions for complex problems.
Build and execute internal gotomarket strategies for new products and features.
Review product roadmaps across internallyfacing builder teams at Amazon and draft proposals for the best way to merge accessibility requirements within those roadmaps.
6 years of team management experience
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
Experience with AI/ML technologies and their applications in accessibility
Familiarity with assistive technologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
