Key Responsibilities (5)
- Design implement and maintain robust scalable build pipelines for Unreal Enginebased projects across PC and console platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve complex build failures and performance bottlenecks; proactively identify areas for automation and improvement.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to establish and enforce CI/CD best practices and deployment standards across game teams.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for build workflows automation tools and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior and midlevel engineers providing technical guidance and supporting knowledgesharing across the team.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of build engineering or DevOps experience in the games industry with a focus on Unreal Engine and multiplatform development.
- Expertise in Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools including pipeline design maintenance and optimization.
- Advanced scripting skills (Python PowerShell Bash) for automation and orchestration of builds and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of version control systems (Perforce Git) and branching workflows in largescale game projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to operate in a globally distributed Agile environment and influence crossdiscipline initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Shipped multiple AAA titles on modern console platforms (PS5 Xbox Series XS) and/or PC.
- Experience with scalable build farm infrastructure cloudbased builds (e.g. GCP/AWS) and tools like Incredibuild or FastBuild.
- Familiarity with infrastructureascode practices (Terraform Ansible) and telemetry systems for build monitoring and diagnostics
