Job Description
1 Daily shopfloor management in inbound & outbound logistics.
2 Warehouse related KPI management (SQCD).
3 Warehouse process optimization with VSM & VSD.
4 Lead warehouse structure improvement & competence development.
5 Lead digitization transformation in warehouse area.
6 Lead cross divisional system CIP & point CIP activities in warehouse area.
7 External service provider management (outsourcing company LSP MAE supplier etc.)
8 Lead internal & external audit in warehouse area.
9 Drive cross divisional collaboration in warehouse area.
Qualifications :
1 Bachelors degree or above on IE or logistics major.
2 Good English skill for daily communication. (Both oral & written)
3 Strong communication & collaboration skill.
4 Systematic problemsolving skill & business result orientation.
5 8 years above working experience on warehouse management warehouse planning or lean logistics related.
6 Automotive industry background is preferred.
