Job Description

Were looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team in a parttime capacity averaging 15 hours per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional guest service and wants to contribute to a memorable luxury hotel experience.
- Handle inbound reservation enquiries via phone email and online platforms
- Convert enquiries into bookings while maximising revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and manage special requests and preferences
- Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest arrival and stay
- Provide friendly efficient and professional service at all times
Qualifications :
What you will bring to the role
- Experience in reservations front office or a similar guestfacing hotel role
- Strong communication skills and confidence across phone email and systems
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar hotel reservation systems (highly regarded)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts including week days and weekends
