Come join The Crucible as a Seasonal Studio Operations Technician for the opportunity to use your mechanical facilities maintenance and safety skills in service to a fantastic arts education nonprofit located in West Oakland!
The Seasonal Studio Operations Technicians work as a part of a team to build organize clean maintain and supervise the studios and facilities for our summer programming. Reporting to the Executive Director the Seasonal Studio Operations Technicians ensure that faculty staff and students comply with safety regulations and protocols respond to emergency situations as needed to maintain safe efficient operations of the classes and the facilities and maintain Crucible tools and assets.
This seasonal position starts as soon as possible and ends on Sunday August 17 2025.

Benefits & Compensation
This is a seasonal nonexempt position based in Oakland CA. Our work environment is casual upbeat professional and fun. This 40hour per week position has a variable schedule 7 days per week 8:30 am 10:00 pm. The starting pay for this position is $25.75 per hour. This seasonal position ends on Sunday August 17 2025. Seasonal employees earn all statutory benefits as required by law.
