DescriptionArmy Foundry Platform (AFP) Operations Specialist
***This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. ***
Develops maintains and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals objectives tradecraft and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE Training Development Capability (TDC) etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications provides feedback and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.

AFP Operations Specialist Responsibilities Include:
- Work directly with the AFP Operations manager and the AFP Course Managers to coordinate and schedule student and instructor cadre.
- Build and manage Blackboard and other virtual points of presence on multiple domains
- Coordinate and manage student enrollment and graduations.
- Create and maintain operational SOPs for all functions within the AFPs Operational Support Team (OST).
- Create and establish digital workflows to replace manual administrative processes.
- Coordinate network accounts and equipment; coordinate travel for students and instructor cadre.
- Establishes and maintains data management to include format course content for uniformity track course changes ensure file and version management and maintain updated information for AFP courses and points of contact in all points of presence (iSpace milSuite Dashboards etc.).
- Responsible for course enrollment functions to include: verification that prospective student applicants meet prerequisites tracking and reporting on status of applicant packets update welcome packets and send out guest instructor and student notifications.
- Respond to administrative and operational questions concerning all AFP courses in a timely manner.
- Aid in class preparation by ordering workbooks setting up workstations printing appropriate student and instructor packets references and handouts setting up the student shared drive.
- Responsible for graduating AFP students in ATRRS; provide detailed and quantitative report concerning number of AFP classes and graduates on a monthly quarterly bimonthly and annual basis and as required.
- Accountable for consolidating disseminating and back briefing AAR reviews from all AFP courses.
- Accountable for maintaining accurate point of contact information for all DISMG and AOC graduates in the AFP/COTSM Dashboard and other trackers at all times.

AFP Operations Specialist Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- Active TS/SCI Security clearance
- Minimum of 8 years as an MOS 35F (AllSource Analyst) DCGSA or DIS AllSource Analyst or equivalent experience as an AllSource Analyst on DCGSA or DIS spanning MICO BCT DIVCorps level echelons.
- Minimum of 2 years as an instructor on the DCGSA or DIS system.
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. NGA College NSA ADET etc.).
- Proficiency in DCGSA or DIS software applications.
- Minimum of 8 years as an MOS 35F (AllSource Analyst) DCGSA or DIS AllSource Analyst or equivalent preferred
- Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the AFP Operations Specialist role.
- Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete indirect highly complex seemingly unrelated and / or technically advanced.
- Demonstrates ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts organizations and intelligence disciplines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing driving collection and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Ability to develop concise insightful and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
- Demonstrates ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
