You will be updated with latest job alerts via email1. Understand Sherwin Williams competition customer analysis market research and competitive analysis skills to complete these tasks to support the objectives of the Global Transformation Office
2. Drive the product strategy across core business and enterprise applications working closely with the business leadership and process managers
3. Develops the business case for new products improvements to existing products and business ventures in coordination with Value Management and business leadership
4. Own product vision and roadmaps program backlog pricing licensing ROI establish feature acceptance criteria while driving objectives in alignment to overall SW strategy
5. Recommends or contributes information in setting product pricing understands product cost analysis and producing an internal return rate
6. Communicate the product vision roadmap and business intent to the Product Owners.
7. Acts as the voice of the customer articulating the users and/or buyers needs by prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback business impact and technical feasibility
8. Collaborate with process and program teams to define the product roadmaps market positioning community user groups and other program initiatives
9. Coordinate aspects of development for multiple projects including specifications scope and requirements within key business processes (Order to Cash Source to Pay Planning/Manufacturing/Inventory Acquire to Retire and Record to Report)
10. Lead product owners and partner with technical personnel to ensure our products and services meet the needs of the community
11. Closely collaborate with the product owners to understand the development of business need userstories support interteam dependencies and help them identify/escalate issues at the earliest.
12. Lead product owners to build strong practices throughout the organization and Global Transformation Office
13. Develop solutions to product and customer issues by collaborating across regions process areas and functions
14. Support the Global Transformation Office Product function through effective performance management career development training continuous process improvements.
15. Conduct / support formal performance reviews celebrating hard work individual and team success.
16. Collaborate with SBS and EFS Product Managers to align strategy for the endtoend solution.
