What Were Looking For:
Graduate of an ACEN or CCNEaccredited nursing program
Current unrestricted RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in Critical Care Nursing
Key Responsibilities:
As a Step down unit RN youll play a vital role by:
Providing patientcentered care across a variety of needsfrom health promotion to endoflife support
Monitoring and managing both acute and chronic conditions
Supporting rehabilitation efforts to help patients achieve their highest level of function
Delivering all care in alignment with the Texas Nurse Practice Act
