Were looking for a strategic creative and executionfocused Director of Brand Marketing to lead Zolas brand presence across PR social and key brand campaigns. Reporting directly to the CMO this person will be responsible for brand strategy storytelling and generating buzz across owned and earned channels.

Youll manage our social team external PR partners and lead brand initiatives from consumer insights to campaign execution partnering closely with peers on Growth Lifecycle Marketing Strategy Creative Product and across business teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Zolas brand marketing strategyelevating how Zola shows up across every consumer touchpoint
  • Concept and oversee execution of Zolas brand marketing campaigns using a blend of consumer insights timely cultural insights Zola data and product initiatives and a deep understanding of our brand identity.
  • Manage the social media team ensuring content is highquality timely and brandaligned and always at the forefront of new trends
  • Own PR strategy and execution managing external PR agency and freelance consultant to drive media coverage and cultural relevance
  • Partner with internal teams (creative product customer service etc.) to ensure brand consistency across the full customer journey
  • Lead consumer insights initiativesdesigning and analyzing brand health studies message testing and audience research
  • Act as a key stakeholder in integrated campaign development helping shape narratives that support performance and brand goals
  • Represent the voice of the customer across the organization advocating for storytelling consistency and brand strength

Requirements

  • 68 years of brand marketing experience at consumerfacing brands or agencies
  • Strong fluency in social strategy. Youre chronically online and extremely passionate about staying on top of evolutions in consumer behavior on new and emerging social channels
  • Proven experience managing social media and PR teams (internal or agencyside)
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into compelling creative brand executions
  • Track record of managing complex crossfunctional campaigns with clear ROI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working closely with executives and external partners
  • A deep comfortability with getting scrappy moving quickly rolling up your sleeves and figuring things out
  • Passion for weddings events or consumer lifestyle categories a plus

The salary range for this role is $140000 $160000.
