Job Description & Summary

PwC is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated CLR Pensions Associate to join our Deals Line of Service. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional keen on contributing to our growing pensions advisory team assisting clients in navigating the complexities of corporate pensions during transactions.

What your days will look like:

  • Support the pensionrelated aspects of corporate deals including mergers acquisitions and restructurings.

  • Assist in providing strategic advice and tailored solutions to clients on pension liabilities risks and compliance during transactions.

  • Collaborate with other PwC teams such as legal tax and corporate finance to ensure delivery of integrated services.

  • Conduct analysis and valuations of pension schemes and assist in developing comprehensive reports for clients.

  • Help build and maintain strong client relationships supporting their pension management needs.

  • Stay updated on pensions legislation and market trends to assist clients in understanding current and future impacts.

  • Contribute to a collaborative and highperformance culture within the team.

This role is for you if:

  • Some experience in pensions consultancy or in a related field preferably within a Deals environment.

  • Understanding of UK pensions legislation and its relevance to corporate transactions.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with an ability to interpret data and deliver clear insights.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with clients and stakeholders.

  • Ability to support multiple projects concurrently in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
