Our focus is the successful delivery of projects to our customers. The role of Junior Project Manager is to manage allocated small scale projects and/or work alongside a Project Manager on large scale project delivery. As a Junior Project Manager you will be working within the wider Project Management Office (PMO) team in which we are striving to establish a centre of excellence improving our delivery through the adoption of best practice evaluating and improving our ways of working to the benefit of our business and our customers. Your role will include managing the delivery of project outcomes supporting the financial picture working closely with our customers to manage expectations and deliver to time cost and quality. Your role will also require you to work very closely with our customers and you may be deployed in a customer team. As part of this you will be required to work in Cheltenham on a regular basis.
This is an operational role which requires an understanding of project management tools and their a Junior Project Manager youwill work independently across one or more delivery packages with support the PMO community and direction from a Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery
- Communication and governance control
- Stakeholder and Expectation Management
- Quality and performance management
- Project integration throughout its lifecycle
- Planning with scope cost schedule of the contract
- Reporting and analysis of project metrics
Youre Experience:
- Internal and external stakeholder management & communication
- Experience of the Agile project management lifecycle
- Understanding of Risk and issue management
- Understanding of delivery to the government sector
- Understanding of contract mechanisms
- Exposure to working in a Defence government or similar environment
