About the opportunity

The IT Tech Coordinator is a member of the IT Procurement & Operations team which plays a crucial role within the Internal IT segment. This function focuses on strategically purchasing hardware and software licenses to meet the organizations technology requirements. This team plays a key role in ensuring compliance with established guidelines and purchasing procedures throughout supplier negotiations contributing to efficient and costeffective procurement processes.

Collaboration is at the heart of the teams operations as they work closely with our accounting and sourcing teams to align procurement activities with the companys financial strategies and sourcing agreements. Furthermore the IT Procurement & Operations team oversees relationships with external partners ensuring that vendors adhere to the organizations standards for quality and service. They are also responsible for procuring hardware in accordance with the organizations demands and needs.

In this role you will:

  • Provides support to Internal ITwide projects and workstreams ensuring timely and effective delivery.

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement within the scope of work and implements changes as needed.

  • Ensures accurate data and reporting for assigned workstreams providing transparency and visibility.

  • Collaborates with Internal IT colleagues other N26 teams and vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.

  • Develops and maintains clear concise and uptodate documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and process consistency.

What you need to be successful:

  • Demonstrates exceptional selfmanagement skills prioritizing workload effectively and independently to meet deadlines.

  • Exhibits a proactive organized and serviceoriented approach committed to exceeding service level agreements and delivering exceptional results.

  • Proficient in ticketbased enterprise workflow management systems specifically JIRA ServiceDesk with experience in managing and tracking workflows.

  • Accurately reviews and processes purchase orders project invoices maintenance renewals and subscriptions to ensure timely and proper billing.

  • Possesses a strong digital literacy and usercentric mindset with a passion for understanding and meeting user needs.

  • Boasts a high level of work ethic a drive to learn and grow and a commitment to delivering highquality results.

  • Has previous experience supporting projects and workstreams with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills able to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

  • Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
