Your Role at Baxter
As the RFP and Contracts Manager you will handle the regional contract and RFP management for all consumable equipment and service contracts and RFPs. You will work with key business partners primarily Sales Marketing Pricing Quality Regulatory Affairs Logistics and Legal to ensure successful endtoend management of all RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and Contracts as well as providing full management for them with professional application of project management skills as well as engaging in the strategy of the deal providing recommendations statistics and any sort of specialized support to stakeholders. You will engage in Request for Proposals (RFP) Request for Information (RFI) and Tender responses supporting all levels of stakeholders till completion of the submission. Taking full responsibility for the contracts and RFP under its umbrella acting diligently in accordance with the processes in place.
What youll be doing
Responsible for the development implementation and maintenance of contracts for region respective customers
Accountable for the development of contractual verbiage
Responsible for the accurate and timely notification of pricing and eligibility to customers
Assist all levels of stakeholders with the strategic management of the Contract Calendar taking into the account the national perspective
Act as Project Manager in all contract resigns RFPs and RFIs for the region
Be subject matter experts with Group Purchasing Organization and/or Customer Buying Groups and apply that judgment to contract resign/pricing with a strategic vision in mind.
Execute and manage contract process (new renewals capital consumables lease quotes extensions)
Ensure full compliance with Baxter procedures and all applicable laws regulations and standards
Engage in terms/conditions negotiations internally and externally to support Sales and ensure Baxters interests are well defended and processes are followed
What youll bring
University Degree in Business Administration contracts specialty or related field
2 years of related experience healthcare preferred
Experience in contract pricing and sales support RFP management
Professional Designation: PMP CAPM or APMP
Bilingual both English and French
JD Edwards and Cognos experience
