The Opportunity
Were looking for an energetic and customerfocused Sales & Operations Representative to support our Fibre Produce Packaging business in Innisfail and surrounding regions. Focused on produce covering bananas papaya and other local crops youll work directly with growers and customers to deliver tailored packaging solutions.
This is a highly autonomous role perfect for a selfstarter who thrives on variety building relationships and contributing to the success of both our customers and the Visy business.
What Youll Do
- Manage and grow a diverse customer portfolio in the produce industry.
- Be the trusted face of Visy in the field and office based building longterm relationships and offering more than just a product.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions and ensure exceptional service.
- Act as a strategic advisor to your customers identifying opportunities for mutual growth.
- Support operational and team activities where required flexibility and initiative are key.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in sales agriculture or packaging (ideally a combination).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills you build trust and rapport easily.
- A handson proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a regional setting.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a genuine passion for supporting local industry.
- A valid drivers licence and willingness to travel locally.
