Community Regional Medical Center is the largest of our three main hospitals and the flagship hospital of the Central Valley. Responsibilities
Were seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our Interventional Radiology (IR) team at Community Regional Medical Center. This is more than just a job its a chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families. In this fastpaced and rewarding environment youll collaborate with a closeknit interdisciplinary team!
As an Assistant Nurse Manager youll take the leadership and administrative skills you developed in your time at the bedside and use them to support a top performing team. As a member of the unit leadership team the Assistant Nurse Manager is an exempt level role scheduled 8hour shifts. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentor and support nursing staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee daily operations including admissions discharges and shift handoffs to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage staffing schedules and assignments based on patient needs and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate team communication and collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and guide staff development.
- Contribute to quality improvement and ensure operational compliances.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- RN Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Strong clinical experince in nursing; previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
