As an Intake Data Entry Specialist you will be responsible for accurately entering incoming data and documentation into internal systems as part of our client intake process. You will serve as a critical first point of data handling ensuring that information is captured efficiently completely and with the highest level of accuracy. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity and enabling smooth downstream workflows.
Receive and review incoming client documentation and intake forms.
Accurately enter intake data into company systems databases or portals.
Verify information for completeness accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
Communicate with team members or clients when clarification or additional information is required.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection protocols at all times.
Organize digital or physical records and ensure proper categorization and storage.
Identify and report data inconsistencies or system issues to management.
Support intake coordinators and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or data entry is a plus.
Previous experience in data entry intake or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Proficient in data entry software Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and document management systems.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
