Flexologist

Position Overview

As a Flexologist at StretchLab Cherry Creek youll be the face of our brand and the guide on each clients journey toward improved flexibility reduced pain and enhanced athletic performance. Youll deliver customized assistedstretch sessions educate clients on mobility principles and foster lasting relationships that drive client retention and studio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Assessments & Programming

  • Conduct mobility and flexibility assessments

  • Develop individualized stretch plans using PNF static and dynamic techniques

• HandsOn Session Delivery

  • Lead oneonone 3060minute assistedstretch sessions

  • Apply safe effective stretching protocols that address client goals and limitations

• Client Engagement & Education

  • Explain the benefits and goals of each stretch

  • Coach clients on athome mobility exercises and posture habits

• Studio Operations & Sales Support

  • Ensure the studio environment is clean organized and welcoming

  • Assist with scheduling client checkin/out and package sales as needed

  • Promote retail products and membership packages to support client progress

• Team Collaboration & Growth

  • Participate in regular team huddles and ongoing training

  • Contribute ideas to improve service quality and client experience

Qualifications

• Certified Stretch Therapist Licensed Massage Therapist or equivalent bodywork certification (e.g. NASMCPT ISSACPT with stretch specialty)

• Proficiency in PNF contractrelax holdrelax dynamic and static stretching techniques

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals

• Ability to handle the physical demands of assisted stretching sessions

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
