What Youll Do
- AssumedBreach & SocialEngineering CampaignsDesign endtoend ops that slip past EDRs and map full kill chains.
- Advance the RedTeam Framework. Contribute tooling scripts and research aligned with MITRE ATT&CK for Telecommunications; refine playbooks to enhance speed and stealth.
- Deliver Actionable ReportsTranslate exploits into crisp remediation blueprints execs can follow.
- Continuous R&DPrototype exploits test emerging defenses and share findings with teammates hungry to learn.
What Youll Bring
- 7 years leading penetration tests or redteam engagements across varied tech stacks.
- Mastery of AD attack paths (Kerberoasting DCSync ACL abuse).
- Fluent with Cobalt Strike Sliver Mythic Covenant or similar C2 tools; skilled in defense evasion.
- Scripting wizardry in Python PowerShell Bash etc.
- Clear concise communicator both on paper and in person.
- At least one core cert: OSCP CRTO or GPEN (OSEP OSED GXPN bonus round).

Compensation Information
The expected salary range for this position is $150000$200000 depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance 401(k) and paid time off.
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
