Tail)Health/Dental/VisionRetirement (403b & 457b)Wide array of cases to include General Orthopedic OB/GYN Urologic and Trauma with potential to rotate to regional trauma center where cases can additionally include Neuro Vascular ENT and Cardiac. There are no complex pediatrics burns or transplants. This is a hospital employed W2 and CRNAs work within a highly collaborative environment of mutual respect and dedication to patient care. Supervision model with a max 4:1 :Completion of a graduate through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
