Supervision model with a max 4:1 :Completion of a graduate through National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).Idaho CRNA licensure and granting of privileges at SARMC and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
