Pathway Health is looking for experienced registered nurses (RN)that are interested in interim leadership opportunities. Our Consultants provide a wide range of onsite professional consulting services to our postacute and aging services clients.
Our consultants are compensated on an hourly basis and may qualify for Pathways robust benefit package as well as incentives!

Hourly pay range of $45$50/hr with overtime paid after 40 hours per week plus benefits.
Nurse ConsultantRegistered Nurse (RN) Duties:
- Assist the client with assessing planning developing and implementing systems processes and other needs as requested
- Identify training needs: plan and conduct training/inservices as necessary
- Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards regulations and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
- Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
- Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations
Nurse ConsultantRegistered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:
- Must have a current RN license in state
- Must have one year of longterm care experience management experience preferred
- Excellent leadership communication and customerservice orientation
- Must be flexible for travel within the state
