Job Description
Greenberg Traurigs Los Angeles office is looking for an associate with 36 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions real estate finance joint ventures and with large firm experience preferred. In addition candidates should possess a strong academic background superior drafting and negotiation skills the ability to take on significant project responsibility and willingness to work in a fastpaced environment. Candidates should also be diligentdetailorientedproactive supportive and teamoriented.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$245000 $365000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
