AGas Rapid Recovery is the number one service provider of refrigerant recovery services for the HVAC refrigeration demolition and marine industries. Projects range in size from single residential split systems to chilling systems operating on tens of thousands of pounds to projects with thousands of units. The primary purpose of this role is to drive business development for the company to meet gas acquisition goals through our Rapid Recovery Network Services.
What will you do
You will lead a team of primarily remote Territory Account Managers to ensure customer growth and increase the amount of refrigerant gas and service revenue. The Business Development Manager Gas Sourcing holds the team accountable for setting and meeting daily weekly and monthly targets; hiring onboarding and training new sales staff; and designing and implementing sales strategies and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
For the Business Development Manager of Gas Sourcing to be successful they should possess experience in inside sales advanced management skills and the ability to multitask and travel if necessary. Additionally the manager must have a proven track record of providing effective guidance and support to the sales team ultimately leading to an increase in company sales.
