A respected and growing South Manchester law firm is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its highly regarded team. This newly created role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload of deputyships statutory wills property matters and applications to the Court of Protection.

Who were looking for
Court of Protection solicitor with 2 years PQE (or equivalent experience)
Confident preparing applications for deputyship statutory wills gifts and property purchases
Familiar with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Professional Deputy Standards
Able to manage annual OPG reports and liaise with financial planners and investment managers
Comfortable adjusting communication style to suit clients capacity and needs
Supportive team player able to supervise junior feeearners and contribute to a positive culture
