As the ISV & Marketplace EU Lead your role combines program management collaboration with central teams and direct engagement with vendors to enhance product activation streamline program execution and drive gotomarket (GTM) success. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology ecosystems extensive marketplace experience and a track record in program execution. As the ISV & Marketplace EU Lead you will play a pivotal role supporting software vendors to expand their Cloud Marketplace practice to the next level to combine it with channel programs. You will be responsible for recruiting and enabling vendors on the Marketplace programs available with TD SYNNEX EMEA across the three main hyperscalers (AWS Microsoft Google). You will guide vendors on Marketplace business case creation and coordinate the regional onboarding and prioritization process working closely with the regional and local business stakeholders. You will collaborate with the central team on activating vendors on the TD SYNNEX cloud marketplace through its integration with the hyperscalers marketplaces and will help streamline the vendors GTM by offering dedicated marketing packages and services.

Strategic Execution: Drive profitable market share growth by executing the ISV & Marketplace strategy across Europe in alignment with global direction.
Program Leadership: Own and manage regional ISV & Marketplace initiatives ensuring alignment with global strategies and adapting to local market needs.
Sales & Profitability: Deliver on sales and profitability targets for ISV marketplace syndication.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Coordinate with global and central teams to activate ISV products on the StreamOne platform ensuring technical and business alignment.
Vendor GTM Support: Guide vendors in developing effective marketplace gotomarket strategies and provide insights to navigate the European channel landscape.
Sales Enablement: Promote activation and GTM service packages tailoring offerings and pricing to vendor needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for ISV marketplace programs in Europe fostering collaboration across internal teams vendors and partners.
Executive Communication: Create compelling value propositions for Clevel discussions and strategic decisionmaking.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Deep understandingof theIT distribution ecosystem(hardware software services)
10 yearsin the IT industry with experience inchannel/vendor business developmentsales orproduct marketing
Strategic planningandbusiness case developmentexperience
Strong orientation towards and experience insolution and services selling
