As our Internal Recruiter you will be responsible for attracting engaging and hiring talent across the teams within ChurchDesk. The position is a parttime position working from our office.
You will be sourcing candidates and building relationships to potential future candidates and support the hiring manager in running a process that is a positive experience for everyone involved. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of our organization.
Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards professional networks and industry events. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding. Provide timely feedback clear communication and a supportive environment.
Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Provide guidance and training on interview best practices.
Employer Branding: Contribute to and promote ChurchDesks employer brand showcasing our unique culture values and career opportunities.
ATS Management: Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines track progress and generate reports.
Interview Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine our interview processes to ensure efficiency fairness and effectiveness.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the our leadership team to ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.

You speak German natively and are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
You are able to and motivated by working from our office
You have experience with outreach via phone and email and enjoy building and maintaining relationships
