Product Owner/Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Owner / Analyst to drive the development and delivery of innovative digital services and AI solutions. This role involves a blend of product ownership responsibilities including roadmap coordination and feature prioritization and business analysis tasks such as requirements gathering and data analysis. You will contribute to both new service development and the enhancement of existing platforms working closely with crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced and agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner for new digital service development initially focusing on a SaaS platform offering technical information. Gather analyse refine and prioritize user stories and requirements.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

  • Monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement.

• GemOne Roadmap Delivery: Coordinate and maintain the GemOne roadmap delivery ensuring alignment with business strategy and facilitating communication between GemOne product teams and stakeholders. Collaborate with GemOne Product Managers to refine requirements and priorities.

• AI Solutions Analysis: Work closely with analysts to translate requirements for AIdriven data extraction and structuring solutions into technical implementation details.

• Data Transformation & Delivery: Design and develop data delivery processes ensuring highquality data products for both internal and external tools.

• Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.

• Collaboration and Communication: Communicate roadmaps and progress to stakeholders including leadership development teams sales marketing and customer support. Foster a collaborative environment.

• Metrics and Reporting: Define and track KPIs to measure product and project performance providing regular reports on progress against goals.

• Process Improvement: Continuously search for potential process and quality improvements throughout the development and data delivery processes.

• Problem Solving: Deepdive into complex challenges to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.

Your profile:

• Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Business Administration Engineering Data Science) or equivalent by experience

• Demonstrated at least 3 years experience as a Product Owner Project Manager or Business Analyst.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Experience with data modeling concepts and notions of AIenabled product building are highly beneficial.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with SaaS platform development or similar platforms.

• Experience in the industrial equipment or parts industry.

• Familiarity with Data & AI best practices MLOps practices OCR Named Entity Recognition (NER) and data engineering principles.

• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud or other cloud solutions.

• Experience with project development methodologies such as Scrum (Agile).
