The Role:
We are looking for a FullTime Office Manager at Baptcare Karana Community in Kew VIC. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Residential Care and Services Manager and overseeing various office administration systems within a technologydriven environment. It also entails regular interaction with staff residents families and visitors. Adaptability and a positive approach to meeting evolving community needs are essential. The responsibilities encompass roster management recruitment administration procurement and coordination of the administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient site administration to support resident care and staff management.
- Maintain staffing levels per Managers directive.
- Leadership experience.
- Certificate III in Office Administration and rostering system proficiency preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and systems.
About You:
- Proven expertise in rosters staff recruitment and administrative tasks.
- Proficient in essential computer applications (Word Excel etc.).
- Possession of a valid Drivers License is essential.
