Job Description

Sales Development Representative (Remote South Africa Only)

Location: Remote (South Africabased only)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday PST hours.
Compensation: $1200 $1400 USD/month base salary

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and resultsoriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position open exclusively to candidates based in South Africa. The SDR will play a key role in our customer acquisition efforts engaging with prospects through outbound calls and emails qualifying leads and booking meetings with potential clients across North America.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills a passion for lead generation and a hunter mentality looking to grow within a fastpaced B2B environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high volumes of outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify leads by understanding their challenges and potential fit
  • Uncover customer pain points and position services accordingly
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the internal sales team
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the CRM
  • Utilize an internal database to manage outreach and followup efficiently
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Required Qualifications

  • 2 3 years of experience in B2B sales or a similar outbound lead generation role
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills and a neutral or light accent
  • Proven ability to handle cold outreach confidently and professionally
  • Skilled in consultative selling objection handling and active listening
  • Selfmotivated detailoriented and capable of working independently
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools

  • Passion for appointment setting and building relationships from first contact
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptability to different client needs and sales scenarios
