Accounting Intern
Location: Owings Mills MD
Hourly Rate: $15/hour
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a motivated college student in search of an internship for the summer of 2025 to join our Accounting team located in Owings Mills MD. In this role you will support the Accounting department while obtaining workrelated experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs routine clerical and administrative tasks in support of Property Accounting.
- Uses standard business software applications for communications documentations analytical and reporting functions
- Learns industryspecific software applications to assist staff in accomplishing workload
- Offers ideas for process improvement based on applying academic experiences and knowledge of the real business world
- Provides generalized assistance as a member of a highperforming team
- Develops high level work ethic and habits to foster opportunities within professional career
- Performs other duties as assigned within reason and relevance to the job
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Capable of completing administrative tasks
Ability to follow instructions
Strong verbal and written communications
Basic professional courtesy in terms of timeliness dependability and communication

- Attention to detail
- Interest in the Real Estate/Property Management Industry
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in a college level degree program; Accounting major preferred
