SUMMARY:
The College of Business (COB) at East Texas A&M University is seeking a detailoriented individual to serve as a Research and Reporting Analyst. The Research and Reporting Analyst will generate and ensure the accuracy of reports needed by the College of Business for AACSB accreditation the university and data driven decision making within the College. The Research and Reporting Analyst participates on the COB Executive Committee.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gathers data analyzes data creates reports and submits documents with minimal supervision
- Maintain records and data for COB as needed
- Serves as a point of contact for COB with accrediting agencies
- Develops methods and procedures for collecting organizing interpreting and classifying information
- Works closely with other units and leaders on campus to obtain records needed for completing reports
- Develops data collection instruments and collects data for COB as directed
- As needed trains faculty and staff on reporting protocols
- Meets with the Dean and Associate Dean of COB regularly
- Participates on the COB Executive Committee
- Serves as a primary point of contact for AACSB Peer Review team visits
- Ensures COB is in compliance with AACSB and SACSCOC standards
- Completes AACSB training as needed
- Makes recommendations regarding industry microcredentials that may support our students career readiness
- Reviews and makes recommendations about grant opportunities relevant to COB programs and initiatives
- May communicate report contents to selected departmental college and university committees
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Experience writing dataoriented reports and filing reports electronically
- Experience working collaboratively with a varied subset of departments or business units in a collegial and professional manner
PREFERRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Masters degree in a field of Business
- Previous experience working with senior leaders in a collaborative manner
SUPERVISION OF OTHERS:
May supervise GAs and/or student workers
