The Product Fulfillment Manager (PFM) is responsible for managing finished goods supply planning with the goal of achieving high customer service levels and high inventory turns. PFMs are responsible for developing and implementing the strategy for their product supply planning in a dynamic high revenue business. In addition this role will ensure the development of an effective S&OP process that will be tailored to this strategic category and supports growth capacity planning product flow and effective use of cash. They will be responsible for driving S&OP alignment with Product Managers and Product Vice Presidents (PVPs) for the product line. Conduct supply planning and analysis to improve On Time in Full (OTIF) reduce Back Orders and keep Available to Promise (ATP) lead times competitive to drive revenue.Lead and drive alignment across all functions including Product Vice President (PVP) Commercial Director (CD) Product Manager (PM) and Finance through the monthly S&OP cycle.
Execute longterm supply and capacity planning for supplier(s) that aligns with Microenterprise growth strategy as part of the S&OP cycle
Annually construct the OP plan / inventory budget for assigned factories and suppliers.
Collaboration on sales forecast with Demand Planners and Customer Fulfillment managers to identify exceptions and reach alignment.
Manage constrained sales forecast based on supply expectations.
Develop and lead adhoc scenario planning to proactively manage supply gaps. Escalate supply issues that will interfere with customer demand and identify alternative actions.
Recommend capacity or ADC stocking strategy changes to align with Microenterprise growth strategy.
Place production orders and maintain longterm production forecast for factories within agreed upon S&OP capacities and lead times utilizing the ERP ordering processes.
Investigate and improve KPI: balance inventory (cash) OTIF ATP and Backorders.
Develop standard operating procedures for the team and drive process improvements.
Set up and Maintain SKU Lifecycle (NPI and EOL) in Oracle (EBS VCP Oracle Cloud) lead Ramp Up/Ramp Down activities for product team
Eliminate Item Data Quality errors
Identify value stream process improvement opportunities.
Position Requirements:
Competencies required at proficient to mastery levels in the following areas:
Business Acumen with a keen awareness and ability to judge business situations informed by analysis. Able to understand the formal and informal organization structure and navigate appropriately
Supplier Relationship Management: Ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to segment and manage supplier relationships. Quick to identify and execute relationship strategies with stakeholders and suppliers to improve overall efficiency performance accountability compliance and value
Financial Analytics: Ability to analyze of financial data benchmarking metrics and supply data to develop and execute on the supply chain strategy
Strong systems Capability & Technology Skills
Deep understanding of the Supply Chain with specific emphasis on finished goods or parts material planning
Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage high volume operations with competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence multiple levels and functions within the organization. Can navigate conflicting priorities and drive action across multifunctional teams.
Demonstrated change agent with high personal initiative. Driven to continually improve processes and leverage systems. Inquisitive resultsdriven demonstrates ownership.
Experience summarizing data and clearly communicating the story of the data as well as the issues and actions needed.
Can adapt and quickly learn new systems.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college in Business Analytics Supply Chain Operations Finance or other related field
Seven (7) years of relevant experience in Parts or Product Fulfillment Materials Product Management Supply Chain Operations Sourcing Distribution and/ or Order Service Management
Advanced Excel and analytical skills; ability to perform spreadsheet analysis and pull data from system tables.
Strong proficiency with Oracle
