We are looking for an organized detailoriented servicedriven and Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Office Administrator to support the daytoday operations at our Iowa Hatchery in Osceola. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment where your administrative skills will help support a wide range of departments including Transportation Human Resources Hatchery Operations and Sales.
What Youll Do:
- Support transportation and logistics by entering shipment and mileage data assisting drivers and processing payroll and receipts.
- Provide clerical support for hatchery and sales operations using MTech software.
- Manage office administrative tasks like answering phones greeting visitors ordering supplies filing documents and coordinating shipments.
- Assist with accounting tasks including coding and forwarding invoices and tracking expenses.
- Partner with HR to help with onboarding timesheets policy compliance and employee supportbilingual skills are a plus!
- Collaborate crossfunctionally and provide coverage and documentation support across departments.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Administrative or clerical experience preferred (especially in agriculture manufacturing or logistics).
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office data entry email).
- Exceptional time management organization and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Must have a valid drivers license and pass a background check.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid of office and hatchery environments with occasional exposure to varying temperatures odors and noise.Regular physical activity includes walking lifting (up to 50 lbs) bending and reaching.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: gloves boots safety glasses earplugs and face mask.
