Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Active CPA or EA license

At least 7 years of relevant experience in tax and accounting

Demonstrated leadership in tax compliance team supervision and process optimization

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage staff review tax returns assign projects and meet deadlines and budget requirements

Familiarity with client billing collections and coordination across departments
