We are currently seeking a passionate individual with daycare or preschool experience to join our team as a Preschool Teacher.

StateoftheArt Classrooms: Lead in immersive classrooms equipped with the latest technology materials and resources creating an environment where children can learn play and grow.
Schedule:
8 hour shift
1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Monday to Friday
Preschool Teachers at The Learning Experience are ambassadors of happiness creating opportunities every day that reflect our mission to make a difference in the lives of children their families and communities.
Floater Teacher Responsibilities:
- Responsible for classroom management leading a safe nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Serve as a role model using a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
- Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum working with Preschoolers in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
- Communicate regularly with parents sharing their childrens latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Support your centers success partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
- Build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
- High School Diploma Must be 18
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Strong written and communication skills CPR and First Aid or willing to obtain.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs child safety and potential emergency situations.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Prior classroom experience in a childcare center teaching preschoolers a PLUS.
- Clean background check is REQUIRED (included FBI) through the Division of Child Development (qualifying letter)
- TB test and staff medical (within one year old).
- Minimum of 2 work references.
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation a must.

- Its SIDS training (or willing to acquire within 30 days of hire)
