Job Description
Ideal Candidates will be expected to:
- Accurately follow an individualized plan of care
- Monitor all aspects of a patients care
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Prepare and assist with examinations and treatments for patients
- Maintain accurate detailed reports via an electronic medical record

Qualifications
- Current credentials as a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant or having completed a valid Home Health Aide training program
- Valid AHA-BLS CPR course completion (Infant Child & Adult)
- FBI and Childline Clearances (provided by eKidzCare if needed)
- Recenttwo-step Tuberculosis test
