Education:
Bachelors degree in healthcare administration public health business or a related field .
Masters degree in public health (MPH) business administration (MBA) or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Proven track record of strategic leadership in population health programs and valuebased care initiatives.
Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and successfully launching and managing care management programs.
Significant experience collaborating with clinical operational and external stakeholders to drive innovation and expand healthcare capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to integrate population health strategies into valuebased care governance and performance structures.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in a similar role or within the healthcare industry.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of population health management principles valuebased care models and healthcare systems.
Knowledge of data analytics and insights for driving strategic healthcare initiatives.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations policies and quality improvement programs.
Awareness of current trends and innovations in population health and valuebased care.
Skills:
Exceptional leadership and decisionmaking abilities with a focus on strategic and resultsoriented thinking.
Strong collaboration and relationshipbuilding skills across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to guide program development and execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
Innovative problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and implementing change.

Pay Range is $204.33 to $276.44 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
