Job Description
Adjunct faculty in exercise science are responsible for teaching students in undergraduate courses. Candidates must have the academic credentials to teach in one or more of the following areas: exercise physiology exercise physiology lab data collection and statistical analysis in exercise science exercise testing and prescription exercise and sport psychology health and wellness promotion and other potential courses and subjects. Parttime faculty must prepare and implement weekly lessons and lab activities communicating with students via email and online announcements be able to use the CANVAS online classroom platform and provide grades and grade feedback within a timely fashion.

Required Qualifications
M.S. or doctoral degree in Exercise Science or related field. Professional certification from NSCA or ACSM such as the CSCS and CEP . At a minimum be able to teach health and wellness promotion exercise prescription for special populations exercise and sport psychology for the Fall 2025 semester.

Preferred Qualifications
M.S. or Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology and at least 2years of handson clinical and/or research experience. Familiarity with Parvo Medics and/or COSMED metabolic cart testing equipment.
