In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations across injection molding polyurethane molding and architectural plastic product lines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plastic molding processes and the ability to manage a team while ensuring production efficiency safety and quality.
This is a temptopossiblepermanent opportunity and a longterm permanent need for my client. This position is 100% onsite and requires daily presence in the production facility.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role (preferably plastics or injection molding)
- Strong working knowledge of injection molding and polyurethane products
- Experience overseeing shop floor operations
- Ability to lead and coach production staff while meeting production and quality goals
- Understanding of OSHA safety protocols and quality assurance standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technical background or training in plastics manufacturing is a plus
